Five technologists are the investors in the company and they constitute the Board of Directors of the company.
S. Purushotham (SP)
Executive Chairman
SP is responsible for the development of strategy for Indian domestic business in the domains of aerospace and Defence.
He has championed and built the domestic Indian business of the company.
Prior to co-founding Accord, SP was an avionics design engineer at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd and a key contributor of DARIN avionics program of Jaguar at HAL.
A Masters degree holder in Electrical Communications Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, he has over 38 years of experience in avionics, digital systems, communications and management functions.
J.M.Sundaresan (JMS)
Director
JMS is responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of Corporate Governance and growth of the company. Since its inception in December 1991 and until end October 2014, he was the Managing Director of Accord.
Prior to co-founding Accord, JMS was an avionics design engineer at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd and a key contributor to DARIN avionics program of Jaguar at HAL.
A Masters degree holder in Control Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, he has over 35 years of experience in the fields of avionics and management functions. .
V. Narayanasamy (VNS)
Director
VNS is responsible for the development of systems, processes and continuous improvement initiatives at Accord. He has championed and built robust quality systems in the company.
Prior to co-founding Accord, He has worked in the private sector in India and also at Intel, USA as an embedded systems engineer developing software for real-time systems.
A Bachelors degree holder in Electronics from Madras Institute of Technology, he has over 30 years of experience in software, management and quality functions. He is also a Certified Quality Analyst.
R. Devanathan (Deva)
Director
Deva has earlier held the positions of the Head of Software Group and also the Director of Engineering at Accord. Prior to co-founding Accord, Deva had been a software professional at Intel, USA.
A graduate in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College, Trichy, he has over 25 years of experience in software development and management functions.
